Terms of service

PROCESS TIME - For in-stock orders, we prepare your order for shipping within 2-3 days. For made-to-order products, the production time ranges from 2-6 weeks.

SHIPPING - We aim to deliver orders within 7-10 business days via Australia Post or courier services. You will receive a notification when your order ships, along with tracking details. Please note that you are responsible for any import duties or taxes. Deliveries typically occur between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday. Unfortunately, we cannot provide an exact delivery time or make a call prior to delivery.

PICKUP - Customers can choose to pick up their order if prior arrangements are made from our studio located at Unit 3, 62 Fitzgerald Street, Northbridge, Western Australia.

RETURNS - We do not offer exchanges or refunds for change of mind or incorrectly ordered goods. However, if your product arrives damaged, you are eligible for a full refund. To qualify, you must return the item within 7 working days in its original condition with all packaging intact.

CANCELING YOUR ORDER - If you need to cancel your order, we offer a 100% refund if you notify us within 24 hours of purchase.

PRODUCT USE - It is your responsibility as the buyer to use the items as intended.
