The pairing of Perth based multidisciplinary designers DISORDINARY and HALF MEASURES draws on distinct perspectives that pass from measured through to meandering. Exploring hard-won materiality including aluminium, in combination with tactile fabrics and textures, the duo have set out to design and define furniture pieces that are both abstract and pragmatic.

A shifting identity and purpose is intended, sampling from and connecting intertwined backgrounds across fashion, footwear, furniture and graphic design. Their objective is unknown.

All of our products are made in Boorloo (Perth, Western Australia) from marine grade aluminium. The aluminium is suitable for indoor and outdoor application; the upholstery is for indoor use only. They’re assembled and hand finished by Sonja (unless powdercoating) welded and bent by Dom.
